Horizon Arts Camp (H.A.C.) operates a summer day camp along with fall and spring programming. Our activities include professional programming in the performing and visual arts with a balance of traditional camp activities and leadership development. Neilson Park Creative Centre is a creative arts facility built by the City of Etobicoke in 1992 and operated by a non-profit volunteer corporation. The Centre is home to six Resident Groups. The fully accessible facility provides a community focus for creative visual arts in west Toronto.
