The Dance Company consists of 40 dancers, ages 14 - 30 and is a reputed folk dance company in Metropolitan Toronto and the Southern Ontario region.

A.S.T.A.'s objectives are to promote and preserve the best of Scottish culture, including its poetry, music, song and dance. Since its inception, A.S.T.A. has produced and presented three pantomimes, organized numerous "Burns Suppers", several variety shows and hosted The Scottish Pavilion at Carassauga.

Ballet Creole


Ballet Creole is a non-profit cultural arts organization comprised of both a professional ensemble of dancers and musicians as well as a performing arts school. Ballet Creole is renowned for its diverse repertoire of contemporary dance and innovative educational initiatives. Ballet Creole is at the forefront of Contemporary Afro-Caribbean dance and has been labeled as the forerunner of Blacks in Dance in Canada.
