Overview

Arts education is at the core of our programming and since 1973, we have provided arts learning opportunities to thousands in the community, including:

• high school students who participate in our smART stART Student Art Show and have their artwork critiqued by professional artists
• children, youth and seniors who create designs to adorn Art on the Move vehicles under the direction of professional artists
• youth in Rexdale who work with professional artists and performers to learn urban arts skills such as graffiti art, music production, deejaying and breakdancing for the urbanNOISE program
• arts administrators through the Art of Managing People workshops offered by Cultural Careers Council Ontario
• children, teens and adults who participate in our Saturday Storefront Art Classes
• elementary school children through Exploring Creativity in Depth, This is My Neighbourhood and From 3 to 3.
